Sian Ogle

Sian leads communications for the Co-Centre for Climate + Biodiversity + Water. She manages the website, social media, newsletters, media relations and event marketing, helping research reach and engage a wide range of audiences. She also supports the development of reports, guides, policy briefs and case studies.

Sian is passionate about connecting research evidence with real-world decision-making. Her particular interests include the impacts of climate change and biodiversity loss on animal welfare.

She holds a degree in Psychology from Queen’s University Belfast and has spent the past five years leading strategic communications for international, transdisciplinary research centres. Alongside communications, she has contributed to programme management, public and policy engagement, and the evaluation of research impact.
